1 About these terms

These terms apply when you use covepartner.com (the “Site”), run by Cove Partner (“Cove”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Services we deliver are governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, order form or master services agreement), which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

2 Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: interfere with or attempt to compromise its security; use automated tools to scrape it at scale; send malicious code; submit false or unlawful content; or use it to harass or defraud anyone.

3 Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice. Descriptions of services show what we typically do; the scope of any work is what is agreed in writing. Any “sample”, “demo” or example content is labeled as such and is not a real client project.

4 Enquiries and briefs

Sending a brief or booking a call does not create a contract or a confidentiality obligation, other than as set out in an NDA if you request and sign one. Please don’t send passwords, client credentials or sensitive personal data through the form; we will ask for what we need once an NDA is in place.

5 Intellectual property

The Site, including text, design, logo, graphics and code, belongs to Cove or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or reuse it commercially without written permission. “Cove” and its logo are trademarks of Cove.

6 Third-party names and links

GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier and Make are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Cove is an independent company. We use these names to describe the tools we work with; this does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.

7 Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we provide the Site “as is”, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability for anything arising from your use of the Site is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8 Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}. The courts of {{COURTS}} have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
